Is there a free trial?

Yes. We offer a 30-day pilot program for qualified schools and organizations. Book a demo to get started.

What happens when the license expires?

Learner data is preserved. Access is paused until renewal. We notify you 30 days before expiry.

Can I upgrade my plan mid-year?

Yes. Upgrades are prorated. You only pay the difference for the remaining license period.

Do you offer discounts for NGOs or government?

Yes. We offer special pricing for non-profit schools, government agencies, and DepEd-accredited institutions. Contact us for details.

Is setup included?

Basic setup is included for School and higher plans. Enterprise includes full onboarding and training.

Can I host on my own server?

Absolutely. PathCraft is a WordPress plugin. You install it on your own hosting. No external SaaS dependency.

Are PHP pricing options available?

Yes. All pricing is in Philippine Peso. We accept bank transfer, GCash, and major credit cards.

What is the difference between plans?

Mainly learner limits, feature depth, and support level. All plans include the core LMS engine. Higher plans unlock analytics, API, and group management.
