If your website already runs on WordPress, you can proceed faster. Choose a PathCraft plan and install the plugin. If you want help checking setup readiness, activating the license, and walking through the first configuration, Guided Setup is available.

What Costs Are Separate?
PathCraft LMS has two parts: the software license and optional setup assistance. If you already have WordPress, you may only need the PathCraft LMS license. If you do not have a website yet, you may also need third-party services such as a domain name, WordPress-ready hosting, SSL, and professional email. These are usually paid directly to the hosting/domain provider so your organization keeps full ownership. We can guide you in choosing the right setup, and if you prefer, we can assist with the setup process.

Annual pricing applies to PathCraft LMS plans. Pilot access, setup assistance, domain, hosting, SSL, email, and third-party services are handled separately unless stated in a written proposal.

Is the setup assessment really free?
Yes, completely. Submitting this form costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Our team will review your situation and give you an honest recommendation. If PathCraft isn’t the right fit for you, we’ll tell you that too.
How much does PathCraft LMS actually cost?
PathCraft LMS is a subscription-based product with flat annual pricing — not per-seat, not per-learner. The setup fees mentioned on this page (domain, hosting, WordPress install) are one-time costs separate from the subscription. Our team will walk you through the full pricing during your assessment call. You can also book a demo to see the platform before committing to anything.
Do I have to rebuild my existing school or company website?
No. Your existing website stays exactly as it is — we don’t touch it. PathCraft LMS runs on its own WordPress install, typically on a subdomain like lms.yourschool.edu.ph or training.yourcompany.com. Your students or employees access the LMS through that subdomain. Your main site continues as normal.
What if I already have hosting but it doesn’t support WordPress?
We’ll assess your current hosting environment during the setup review. If your existing hosting can’t run WordPress, the fastest solution is to set up a new, affordable hosting plan (we recommend Hostinger at approximately ₱1,200–₱2,000/year) specifically for PathCraft — while leaving your current hosting and website untouched. We handle all of this for you.
Can I try PathCraft before paying for setup?
Yes. Qualified Philippine schools and organizations can apply for the free 30-day pilot program — full platform access, up to 100 learner accounts, and guided onboarding at no cost. If you need help with WordPress setup as part of the pilot, our team will assist. Book a demo first if you want to see the platform live before applying.
Is PathCraft suitable for both schools and corporate organizations?
Yes. PathCraft is built for Philippine schools (K-12, universities, vocational institutions aligned with DepEd and CHED requirements) and for Philippine companies and government agencies running employee training programs.
